Ben is Canberra born and bred; locally focused with a reach far beyond the city. Ben’s ability is to interpret a client’s commercial opportunities and goals and build out the phases required to achieve business success.
Ben is attributed with over 19 years of professional experience in corporate finance specialising in M&A lead advisory, servicing public and privately owned businesses, major local and national property businesses, and Government agencies. As a ‘connector of people in the business community, Ben takes pride in his client base by forming long-term connections inside and outside the workplace.
Ben’s vision for Link Capital Partners is to continue enabling his like-minded clients to achieve their financial goals. His breadth of experiences across an extensive array of industries ensures his clients are provided with the best possible opportunity to achieve success through the activation, growth, or succession stages of their business’ lifecycles.

Angus’ track record of delivering great outcomes for various clients is attributed to his expertise in Advisory, Compliance, Tax and Structuring. With over 15 years of professional experience as a Chartered Accountant in Canberra and London, Angus has developed specialisations in Compliance and Tax in the property sector for developers, agents, and constructors.
Angus’ vision for Link Capital Partners is to provide progressive and forward-thinking solutions to his clients’ needs through the development of long-term business relationships. Exhibiting an extensive array of experience across various industries, Angus’ skill set seeks to maximise business competitiveness.
When you can’t find him at LCP’s office (which is rare) he’s at the Raiders, spending time with his family or watching Arsenal climb the Premier League ranks.
Attributed with 11 years of professional experience, Dom has achieved specialisations in the property development, construction, medical, professional services and retail sectors. As a registered Chartered Accountant, Dom’s experiences have seen him work in a large boutique firm and an international organisation before becoming a founding partner of an accounting and finance business in Canberra.
At Link Capital Partners Dom assists his clients in business and tax matters including that of advanced structuring for large family and business groups. Placing an importance on honest and clear communication, Dom has developed strong relationships with his clients based on trust and respect. In doing so he continues to support his clients in developing their businesses and achieving their goals.
Outside of work, Dom enjoys watching Formula 1 and playing soccer or golf.
Josh is attributed with 11 years of professional experience in the accounting and financial services industry. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Financial Planning, he has developed specialisations in the medical and property sectors of high net worth clients. These qualifications allow Josh to advise his clients on complex matters involving investments, superannuation, business and personal insurance and retirement planning.
His knowledge of wealth creation strategies allows Josh to provide his clients with holistic strategic plans and tailored solutions to enable them to achieve their financial and personal goals.
As a Canberra local and proud St Edmund’s graduate, his interests of rugby league and union align. Apart from football, Josh enjoys spending time on the golf course, running and camping.
Noel is a Chartered Accountant Business Valuation Specialist with 12 years of professional experience. Holding a Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce, his experience spans multiple industries including renewable energy, property development, education, hospitality, defence technology, and aviation. This experience has assisted him in developing his skills and knowledge, particularly relating to business valuation, corporate finance, cashflow forecasting and financial modelling. Noel thrives on understanding the key drivers of a business by using their collected data to report and forecast. He has assisted clients with valuations for family law matters, shareholder disputes, succession planning, and business restructures. In one such role, Noel was engaged to prepare a valuation for a large security contractor during a shareholder dispute that was being heard in the Singaporean High Court.
When he’s not crunching numbers and plotting graphs, you’ll likely find Noel in the gym training in mixed martial arts or out in the ocean, training for his next long-distance ocean swim.
As a manager with over 7 years of professional experience, Jemma specialises in Tax, Compliance and Management Accounting. Her experience has predominately been attained working alongside a variety of clients including listed investment funds, large private companies, trusts and complex family groups. Jemma’s competencies can be attributed to her extensive studies at the University of Wollongong in which she attained a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law. Subsequent studies at the College of Law attaining a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and becoming a registered Chartered Accountant gives Jemma an extensive breadth of valuable knowledge.
Jemma enjoys spending time on her family farm in south-western NSW.
As an accomplished business professional and registered Chartered Accountant, Skye has developed refined competencies in tax compliance and business advisory. After attaining a Bachelor of Commerce and commencing her professional career in Canberra, Skye’s passion for travelling facilitated a move to London. Since returning, she has called Sydney home, allowing her to continue working with clients on complex entity structures in the property development, technology, and health care sectors at Link Capital Partners.
Aside from travelling, Skye’s interests include hiking through national parks, exploring the northern beaches, and pilates.
As a manager at Link Capital Partners Daniel specialises primarily in Tax and Compliance. As a registered Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, Daniel’s competencies are extensive. Born and raised in Canberra, Daniel has acquired over 5 years of professional accounting experience in various institutions.
Daniel is a passionate sports fan not limited to the Australian environment, supporting Inter Milan (football), Miami Heat (NBA) and the Parramatta Eels (NRL).
Jack is a registered Chartered Accountant specialising in investment groups, property development and construction clients. Graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Accounting, he has subsequently acquired his license as a Chartered Accountant with CAANZ. Previously working in a commercial accounting role as well as an alternate accounting firm, Link Capital Partners provides Jack with his ideal accounting career and an opportunity to work with a dynamic array of clients.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and socialising with friends at Canberra’s various pub establishments.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Canberra. As a registered Chartered Accountant, Edward has attained specialisations in Tax and Compliance of complex group structures. As a born and raised Canberran local, Edward has a comprehensive understanding of the local business environment as well as Link Capital Partners’ client base.
Edward’s interests outside of work primarily centre upon Rugby Union, as he hopes one day Australia’s team may reach the heights it once did when he was younger.
As a registered Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian National University, Lachlan’s Bachelor of Finance, Bachelor of Economics and Diploma in Financial Planning has enabled the development of competencies in wealth management, restructuring and insolvency. As a senior accountant at Link Capital Partners, Lachlan primarily engages in business valuations, business advisory and tax compliance.
Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys participating in triathlons, snowboarding, travelling and competing in the ACT’s Premier AFL competition.
Sam is a senior accountant at Link Capital Partners and graduate of the Australian National University. In his studies at the ANU he acquired a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, International Business and Management. 4 years of professional experience as an accountant has contributed to his motivations to become a registered Chartered Accountant.
Moving to Canberra from the South Coast to complete his high school education, Sam enjoys getting back to Broulee on weekends, socialising with his friends and competing in the ACT’s Premier AFL competition.
Dahye is attributed with a Bachelor of Accounting from the Australian Institute of Higher Education. As an accountant at Link Capital Partners, Dahye specialises in tax and compliance, aided by her previous employment experience in commercial and bookkeeping roles. To supplement her professional experience, Dahye is currently completing her studies to become a registered Chartered Accountant.
Moving to Australia from South Korea with the intention of experiencing new cultures and people, Dahye fell in love with everything Sydney has to offer. Of particular interest to Dahye is the ability to visit many unique bars and restaurants around the city.
Connaugh is an accountant at Link Capital Partners. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Canberra, he has developed specialisations in tax and compliance. As a born and raised Canberra local, Connaugh has attained a breadth of experience in alternate accounting firms in Canberra and Melbourne and is in the final stages of completing his studies to become a registered Chartered Accountant with CAANZ.
Outside of work Connaugh enjoys travelling and exploring Canberra’s newest restaurants. He is a proud Dodgers fan.
Lauren is an accountant at Link Capital Partners who specialises in tax and compliance. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting major from the University of Wollongong. Currently she is studying to become a registered Chartered Accountant with CAANZ. Following her time at Canberra Girls Grammar School, Lauren moved to Wollongong for a change of scenery before returning to the nation’s capital for employment opportunities.
In Lauren’s spare time she enjoys camping, travelling to the south coast and spending time with her friends and family.
Geremia is an accountant at Link Capital Partners who specialises in tax and compliance. Geremia holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Canberra and is currently studying to become a registered Chartered Accountant with CAANZ. Moving to Canberra from Malta when he was 8, he has since graduated from school, university and attained multiple years of accounting experience.
Outside of work Geremia enjoys watching and playing football, listening to music and playing guitar.
Andrew is an undergraduate accountant at Link Capital Partners with experience in tax and compliance. Studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canberra, Andrew will acquire Finance and Banking majors at the conclusion of 2025. Attaining valuable experience in an alternate accounting firm since year 10, he supplements his professional role at Link Capital Partners by assisting his father’s plumbing business with accounts payable and administrative tasks. These responsibilities contribute to the strong leadership qualities Andrew possesses.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping, backpacking and competing in hard enduro motocross.
Lachlan is an undergraduate accountant at Link Capital Partners whilst he concurrently completes a Bachelor of Commerce at the Australian National University. As a born and bred Canberran local, Lachlan has experienced first-hand the growth in the property development and construction industry. As such, upon graduating secondary education Lachlan attained professional experience as a building cadet. This has contributed to his comprehensive knowledge of the industry, thus allowing him to perform his role effectively.
Lachlan enjoys watching and participating in AFL, cricket and golf whilst spending any other spare time by the pool with a good book in hand.
Brianna is a senior bookkeeper at Link Capital Partners. Brianna graduated from the Hillsong International Leadership College with an Advanced degree in Theology and Leadership. Seeking immediate professional experience to pursue her corporate career, a move from Sydney to Canberra seemed most advantageous.
In her downtime, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband. The pair regularly explore the outdoors by hiking and generously give their time volunteering in the community.
Sarah is a bookkeeper at Link Capital Partners. After graduating from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Science, Sarah worked in a corporate, leadership and administration role for a growing Canberra-based cafe. Following this role, she transitioned into an office management position at an alternative accounting and financial services-based firm where she oversaw all administrative tasks.
Sarah is a coffee enthusiast who enjoys spending time hiking or running through the Canberra bushlands.
Cameron is a bookkeeper at Link Capital Partners who holds a Certificate 4 in Accounting and Bookkeeping from The Canberra Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Link Capital Partners, Cameron attained valuable experience in multiple industries during his studies whilst also working for an alternate bookkeeping firm.
Cameron enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, competing in the ACT’s premier AFL competition and escaping Canberra in summer to visit Culburra Beach which he describes as “the greatest place no one knows about”. He is a passionate Melbourne Demons supporter in the AFL and loves basketball.
Jinshen is a bookkeeper at Link Capital Partners who holds a Master of Professional Accounting from The University of Canberra. Prior to joining Link Capital Partners, Jinshen attained international experience in various organisations including employment as an accounting specialist, risk assurance agent, internal auditor and account administrator. Returning to Canberra, Jinshen now works alongside the management accounting team.
In Jinshen’s spare time she enjoys dancing, music, movies and volunteering in animal rescue and protection events. She hopes to also continue travelling around the world, anticipating that the next destination to tick off the bucket list will be Greece.
Kia is an office manager at Link Capital Partners. After attaining a Bachelor of Business Administration from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines, Kia moved to Sydney where she attained a Masters in Hotel Management at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at RMIT University. Kia’s employment history aligns with her education, working in a variety of industries in office managerial and human resource management roles.
Kia enjoys exploring Canberra’s extensive range of eateries, watching movies and documentaries and exploring the outdoors by hiking.
